1. How long are shipping times? 

When orders are shipped by us from our warehouse, delivery time normally takes 2-4 business days. We also work with suppliers with warehouses located throughout the United States. If an order is shipped by one of our suppliers, delivery time normally takes 3-10 business days. The estimated delivery time for each product can be found in the product description. 

2. What's your return policy?

If your item is received damaged or defective, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for a free identical item. You may return an item for any other reason for a full refund (minus shipping fees) within 30 days of delivery. 

3. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, some of our products include a warranty. For items backed by a warranty, the warranty period will be specified on the item's product page. If an item that includes a warranty becomes defective within the warranty period due to a defect in workmanship, you will be eligible for a free exchange for an identical item.

4. What is your refund policy?

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or disapproval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order at any time before the order is dispatched. If your order has already been shipped out, you may still return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping fees.
